General Manager – Leisure & Entertainment Venue – Kingston – Up to £52,000 OTE

Are you a driven General Manager with a background in hospitality, leisure, or events? Do you enjoy leading large teams and creating a memorable experience for a diverse customer base?

A flagship entertainment venue in Kingston is looking for a confident, experienced GM to take the reins. With two floors of activities including arcade games, sports simulators, bowling, pool, and immersive tech attractions – this is a dynamic and hands-on role. The venue has two bar areas, a kitchen offering fast casual dining, and a busy event calendar catering to both family and adult audiences.

You’ll oversee the full site operation – leading a team of managers and staff across front-of-house, food & drink, events, and games areas.

The role includes:

  • Leading daily operations and ensuring smooth service across all departments
  • Coaching and supporting your management team, building a positive team culture
  • Overseeing food and drink delivery – from kitchen quality to bar performance
  • Coordinating events and private bookings for both adults and families
  • Managing rotas, recruitment, and training
  • Maintaining high standards in health & safety, cleanliness and customer service
  • Tracking key business metrics including revenue, costs, and customer feedback
  • Working closely with head office to support marketing and promotional activities

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience managing a large hospitality, leisure or entertainment site
  • Confident team leader with excellent organisational skills
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage operations
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, customer-facing environment
  • Able to multitask under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
  • Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
