Business Development Executive - Trainee's Welcome – Wilmslow - £28,000 - £35,000 Basic (Depending on Experience) + Uncapped Commission (£50,000+ 1st Year OTE)

To support their continued growth, this well-established, award-winning recruitment technology business is looking for two Business Development Managers to join their close-knit team in Wilmslow.

You’ll be prospecting potential clients, attending meetings, building relationships through telephone and video calls, and closing business. Once closed, you will manage the account and nurture the client relationship to ensure long-term success.

We want to hear from candidates who are looking to build a long-term career in business development. We welcome applications from both experienced professionals and those at a trainee level.

All you need is resilience and the confidence to pick up the phone, make cold calls, and build relationships with businesses.

To be considered for the role, you will need the following:

  • Proven sales experience
  • Strong communication skills – both written and oral
  • Door to door sales experience
  • Energetic, ambitious, with a positive mindset

Job Role/Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business by prospecting/cold calling
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Meeting with clients, both video and face to face meetings
  • Showcase the platform through compelling online demonstrations
  • Negotiate contracts and close new business
  • Account manage clients, ensuring retention with a land-and-expand mentality
