A rapidly growing entertainment/hospitality chain has a unique opportunity for an Assistant Customer Service Manager, in the heart of Reading, and they are offering the chance for growth, development, and progression. In this role, you will play an important part on the floor, ensuring customers are having a great time at the entertainment establishment, as well as managing and overseeing the team.

The role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has experience working in the hospitality industry, and enjoys leading and motivating a team, while also getting involved in all aspects of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering a first-class customer experience, ensuring customers enjoy their visit and want to return
• Supervise, manage, and inspire a team of around 10
• Handle and resolve customer issues and complaints
• Be a brand ambassador for the business, getting involved in all aspects on the floor and ensuring the smooth running of the entertainment venue

Who/What We’re Looking For:

• Previous retail or hospitality experience in a senior, supervisor, or team leader position
• Excellent customer service skills
