About the Role

Every campaign is different, so no two days are the same. You’ll be engaging with senior and board-level decision-makers, tailoring your approach to suit each prospect.

As you progress, you’ll be assigned to campaigns that match your strengths, and with comprehensive training, you’ll be set up for success from day one. You can even start earning commission during your training period!

We’re looking for someone with sales experience (whether that’s B2B, B2C, call centre, events, estate agency, recruitment, travel sales, lead generation, or door-to-door canvassing). Most importantly, you need drive, ambition, and resilience to excel in this role.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Passionate about sales and motivated to succeed
  • Self-driven and eager to earn money
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets
  • Comfortable speaking to senior decision-makers
  • Computer literate and organised

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to clients and prospects
  • Manage your CRM system to track your pipeline
  • Book qualified appointments to meet sales targets
  • Attend regular training sessions and build strong client relationships
