Ecommerce & Digital Manager – Fashion - Up to £60k DOE
Great opportunity to join an award winning, founder-led sustainable fashion brand with ambitious growth plans. Reporting directly to the Founder, this Ecommerce & Digital Manager role offers the opportunity to take ownership of their digital and ecommerce strategy and help propel the business to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the digital strategy while collaborating with the marketing team to drive growth.
- Manage one direct report, providing mentorship and guidance to support their development.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Shopify Plus website, ensuring it aligns with our brand values and delivers an optimal user experience.
- Lead website development projects, collaborate with external contractors
- Manage Google Ads and Meta campaigns to drive traffic and customer acquisition.
- Implement SEO strategies and manage affiliate marketing programs
- Analyse e-commerce KPIs
- Support global growth initiatives by optimising UX and checkout processes across markets, ensuring a consistent brand story and effective local strategies.
- Identify new tools and technologies to improve efficiency and customer experience.
- Lead A/B testing and manage a digital development roadmap for continuous growth.
Who/what are we looking for?
- Demonstrable success in ecommerce trading and digital marketing within an SME, ideally in fashion.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and Sweet Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions. Confident in managing budgets, forecasting, and setting measurable performance targets.
- Passionate about sustainable fashion and committed to making a positive impact.
- Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills to influence and engage both internal and external stakeholders.
