Business Development Manager – Lighting Distributor - South East Region
An opportunity for a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join a successful group of companies and help to expand their market reach and strengthen our relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will leverage their knowledge of the lighting industry and business acumen to identify opportunities and drive sales growth.

Job role:
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including contractors, municipalities, and developers.
- Generate leads, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure new business.
- Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align business strategies.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management.
Who/what are we looking for?
- Solid experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the lighting or related industries.
- Good understanding of the outdoor lighting solutions industry or similar
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A self-starter with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
- Ability to travel as required.
