Customer Success Manager – SaaS/R&D – London/Hybrid - £45,000 - £55,000 DOE plus bonus/commission

What you will be doing:
- Guide new customers through the onboarding process
- Collaborate with other departments to stay on track and deliver the product within the agreed timeline
- Manage contract renewals
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and maximise cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Conduct regular check-ins
Who/What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar Customer Success, Account Management, or delivery-focused role, preferably within Tech or SaaS
- Experience or knowledge in R&D Tax Credits is desirable
- Professional, personable, with strong relationship management skills
- Proven ability to maintain business relationships with start-ups, scale-ups, and SMEs
- A customer-first attitude with a focus on building trust and delivering results
