An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast-paced, growing SAAS organisation based in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and contributing to the expansion of the company’s client base across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate New Business: Identify and engage with enterprise organisations in target sectors
- Full Sales Cycle Management: Own the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deal
- Strategic Account Engagement: Build relationships with decision-makers, including C-suite executives.
- Collaborate with Marketing: Partner with the marketing team to create campaigns
- Customer Advocacy: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, fostering long-term relationships
- Revenue Growth: Upsell and cross-sell SaaS solutions
- Contract Negotiation & Renewal: Manage contract negotiations
- CRM Management & Forecasting: Maintain accurate client records and deliver weekly sales forecasts.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success
What are we looking for?
- Proven track record in B2B sales, with SaaS sales experience being highly desirable.
- Experience building relationships at the C-suite level and driving long-term sales growth.
- Strong background in strategic account planning, opportunity creation, and contract management.
- Experience using business value tools such as ROI modelling, Time to Value analysis, and Total Cost of Ownership models.
- Excellent communicator with strong objection-handling and closing skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Familiarity with finance and sales order processing systems is a plus, but not essential.
