Project Manager - Contact Centre - CCAAS - SAAS - Bracknell - Hybrid - £70,000 - £90,000
A global cloud communications provider are currently expanding their successful team and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join them. Ideally you will have experience with Contact Centre/CCAAS/SAAS.
You will work closely with the sales team, and be responsible for managing client relationships and implementing a fast-paced, cost effective and customer oriented delivery experience to a high level of customer satisfaction.

Who/what are we looking for?
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject.
- Strong experience in project management or project delivery to external clients in the technology/finance sector.
- Proven ability to effectively manage projects from start to finish and work to a deadline.
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
- The ability to motivate others to deliver.
